Our technical service goes beyond equipment repair. We provide process engineering support across the full EPS production chain:

Process Engineering: Consultation on production parameters, raw material selection, density targeting, and quality optimization. Whether you are setting up a new line or troubleshooting an existing process, we can help identify the right approach.

Equipment Diagnostics: Remote diagnostics via video conferencing for rapid issue identification. We can walk your operators through diagnostic procedures in real time, often resolving issues without an on-site visit.

On-Site Support: For complex installations, commissioning, or issues that cannot be resolved remotely, our engineers are available for on-site visits. We serve customers in 25+ countries and have experience working in diverse facility environments.

Production Troubleshooting: EPS production issues often cross boundaries between raw materials, machinery, and auxiliary systems. Inadequate fusion in block or shape molding, for example, may be caused by steam quality, raw material batch variation, or vacuum system performance. Our engineers diagnose across the entire production chain.

Remote Support

We provide multilingual remote support via video conferencing. This allows our engineers to see the equipment, review control panel readings, and guide operators through diagnostic and repair procedures in real time. For many issues, this eliminates the need for an on-site visit entirely.

Training

Operator training is included with every new equipment installation. We also offer refresher training for existing customers, particularly useful when onboarding new operators or introducing process changes. Training covers machine operation, routine maintenance, safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
