Hard-to-Find and Obsolete Parts

Older EPS machines often require components that the original manufacturer no longer supplies. We source discontinued and hard-to-find parts through our global supply network. If a part is no longer available anywhere, we can reverse-engineer and manufacture a replacement.

Custom Fabrication

For specialty components, non-standard configurations, or parts that fail repeatedly under your operating conditions, we design and manufacture custom replacements. This includes modified valve assemblies, custom gaskets and seals, specialty hot wires for unusual cutting geometries, and adapted sensor mounts.

If you have a part that keeps failing, send it to us. We can analyze the failure mode and fabricate a more durable replacement.

How to Order

Contact us with your machine model and the part you need. A part number is helpful but not required. If you do not have documentation, a photo or physical description is usually enough for us to identify the correct component.

For routine maintenance items (feeding gun kits, valve kits, hot wires, gaskets) we recommend keeping a small stock on hand to minimize unplanned downtime.
