Epro Technologies

About Epro Technologies

Two decades of EPS machinery manufacturing. Equipment running on six continents.

Our History

The first Eprotech machine was designed and manufactured in 2005. That machine is still in operation today.

Over the following two decades, Eprotech equipment has been installed in more than 100 EPS production facilities across 25 countries on six continents. We have delivered individual machines, multi-equipment lines, and complete turnkey plants to manufacturers ranging from small regional producers to large-scale industrial operations.

Our Position

Eprotech occupies a specific position in the global EPS machinery market: higher build quality than mass-produced alternatives, at a lower cost than premium European manufacturers.

This is the result of deliberate engineering decisions. We select proven industrial components from suppliers like Siemens, Festo, and SMC. We design for serviceability and long operational life. And we use non-proprietary parts throughout, so our customers are never dependent on us for maintenance supplies.

How We Work

We approach every project as an engineering problem, not a sales opportunity.

For new facilities, that means starting with a feasibility study: understanding the target market, product mix, capacity requirements, and available infrastructure. The equipment specification follows from those answers.

For existing operations, it means understanding what you are producing today, where the bottlenecks are, and what changes would deliver measurable improvements in throughput, quality, or efficiency.

In both cases, our involvement does not end at delivery. We provide installation supervision, commissioning support, operator training, and ongoing technical service.

Geographic Presence

Eprotech equipment operates across six continents:

  • Europe: 10 countries
  • Asia: 9 countries
  • Africa: 3 countries
  • North America: 3 countries
  • South America: 3 countries
  • Australia: 1 country
